Ogłoszono nominacje GLAAD Media Awards 2021

GLAAD Media Awards to nagrody wręczane corocznie od 1990 roku przez GLAAD  (Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation) - amerykańską organizacje LGBT. Nagrody przyznawane są dla produkcji w języku angielskim i hiszpańskim w kategoriach film, telewizja, literatura czy media dziełom, które promują tolerancję i równość społeczną oraz w pozytywny sposób przedstawiają tematykę LGBT.

 

Tegoroczne nominacje zdominował Netflix, zdobywając wyróżnienia w aż 26 kategoriach. Wśród nominowanych tytułów są: film Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom, dokument Disclosure i serial The Umbrella Academy. Na szczycie list nominacji znalazł się również HBO Max z 10 tytułami oraz Amazon, Hulu i HBO, które otrzymały po cztery nominacje.
